Please note that our standard warranty period is 30 days from receipt of item(s) – After this period we are unable to offer replacement items if any issues occur due to general wear and tear, such as issues caused by chemicals in cleaning products or severe weather. Please be sure to read any instructions sent with your product before applying. Whilst we want you to be pleased with your items, we recommend checking over your items upon arrival as a majority of our products are custom and errors can be made. We’re only human!
Goods may be returned in a period up to 14 days of receipt of any errors/issues are present. Please note, we cannot offer any returns on custom items unless mistakes are made by us, as they are tailored to your own specifications.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not gurantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
